My Progress

So first off, I’d like to say that I’m only 15 and the reason it has been taking me so long to get into shape and keep it off is because i haven’t always stuck to my diet. I don’t always work out like i should. And i know i should be, but it’s hard when im juggling school; whether its driving school or just regular school; my home life, and still having a social life. I go to Crossfit MF which is my gym every saturday. And i try to run a mile 2 times every week. It’s not a lot, but it’s what I’ve been able to do and keep my grades up. 

So sorry its really blurry^ but i can start to see my top abs coming in! So excited
